Role Requirements

• Participate in the development of diverse solutions, including websites, web applications, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Specialise in the development and customisation of web and e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Shopify and WordPress development.
• Support development projects, working closely with other individuals to foster collaboration and address day-to-day challenges.
• Engage in technical decision-making with clients, understanding their business goals to optimise solutions.
• Mitigate technical risks and strive for high-quality outcomes.
• Learn and gradually contribute to defining technical architectures.
• Engage in pitches and client problem-solving with technical insights.

Qualities and Characteristics

• Basic experience with Node.js / React.js environments and a willingness to learn and contribute to development on sophisticated codebases.
• Comprehensive experience with Shopify and WordPress development, showcasing a deep understanding of both platforms’ capabilities and best practices.
• An understanding of JavaScript and web application ecosystems.
• A a commitment to code quality and high-end product delivery.
• Problem-solving skills, organisation, and methodical thinking.
• Curiosity and passion for staying ahead of technological innovations, proactive learning.
• Quick learning ability and efficient prioritisation.
• A desire to collaborate with creative teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, effectively liaising across stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and the successful conveyance of technical and non-technical concepts.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication. German language skills are a plus.
