We’re looking for a web developer who’s experienced in building custom WordPress themes and plugins. Shopify experience is a strong plus, but not required. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and other developers to ship high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web experiences.

What you’ll do

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
• (Nice to have) Build Shopify themes or apps
• Integrate APIs and external services
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and clean architecture
• Work collaboratively across design and dev teams

What you bring

• Solid WordPress development experience (themes, plugins)
• Good grasp of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, (+ Liquid)
• Experience with API integration
• Familiarity with Shopify and Liquid (a plus)
• Clear communication in English or German
• A strong eye for clean, maintainable code and UX

This role is for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and gain hands-on exposure to real projects.

• Availability for 20 hours/week (remote or in our Cologne office)
